Environmental Psychology Expert

Mona Bielig PhD

I’m a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with both University of Konstanz and Seeburg Castle University. In Konstanz, I am co-coordinating an international study to measure how heatwaves impact our cognition and social functioning. At Seeburg University, I am working in HORIZON2020 EU projects on the energy transition in Europe-wide Pilot projects, researching how models from behavioral science and psychology can be applied to foster behavior change, increase technology acceptance and inform policy making.

I freelance for DecisionContext, consulting non-government and governmental organizations on how we can integrate behavioral science research with their work on the ground. I’m always open for collaborations at the intersection of psychology and climate change that align with my research and personal interests.
