My main research interests lie in sustainable governance, political economy, political psychology, and consumer behavior. I am particularly interested in the nexus of food and climate policy. In our current project on food system transformation, I am focusing on the feasibility (acceptance) and effectiveness of demand-side policies to shift toward more plant-based diets.
