I used to think sales was arrogant, pushy, and trivial. Life proved me wrong. Sharing an opinion, applying for a job, running a business – everything is rooted in sales – knowing how to communicate value, build trust, and form a connection.

Since realising that "sales" is basically structured listening with a next step, I spent 10 years supporting dozens of organisations, from solopreneurs to billion-dollar companies, across every part of the sales function: lead generation, account management, operations, strategy, and leadership.

In 2023, I've put my expertise and love for the craft into co-founding Matchstick – a growth and lead generation partner specialising in purpose-led organisations. Last year, our team generated over £7M in pipeline revenue for Agency, Consulting, Cleantech, and Nonprofit sectors globally.
