Do some fun sun math to design the coolest house ever.
Apply real green building design skills to create a miniature eco home.
Use half a hula hoop with a small spotlight attached to create a “mock sun” that casts shadows over the toy house.
Use a sun path chart to see the angle of the sun at different times of day, then color in the shadows it would cast on the house.
Print the eco-house template on cardstock. Cut and fold it into a 3D passive solar house, then decorate it with green home features.
